Athlone Sub Aqua Club

Athlone Sub Aqua Club is a diving club governed by CFT (Comhairle Fo Thuinn) otherwise known as the Irish Underwater Council which in turn is affiliated to the Confederation des Activities Subaquatiques (CMAS).

The clubs primary objective is to engage in the recreational sports of scuba and snorkel diving.

In addition to recreational diving Athlone Sub Aqua Club provides, on a voluntary basis, a search and recovery service to the local community.
