Athlone Sub Aqua Club, at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14th April 2010, agreed to adopt the following documents:

• Memorandum and Articles of Association (revised)
• Club Byelaws.

The adoption of these documents followed a considerable review of the club's rules and procedures by the membership of ther club. This review was considered necessary in order to allign the club's rules and procedures with  contemporary practices and recent changes introduced by CFT, the club's national governing body, to its policies and procedures.
