The club wishes to express its congratulations to Michael Tuohy who successfully passed his Leading Diver examination in Killary, Co. Galway during the weekend 3rd to 5th September 2010.  The Leading Diver qualification represents the highest non instructor diving grade that can be awarded by CFT. Divers holding this qualification are permitted to lead and manage diving activities. The course involved consists of a series of in-depth lectures and a wide range of demanding exercises. Leading diver candidates are assessed right throughout the course and over a final weekend of diving activities. Michael has been working very hard throughout the summer in pursuing this qualification and is well deserving of his success.
