An Extraordinary General Meeting of Athlone Sub Aqua Club will be held in the Tigh na Mara at 8.00pm on Wednesday 14th April 2010.

The purpose of this meeting is to adopt the following documents:

- Revised Club Memorandum and Articles of Association

- Club Byelaws

Copies of these documents will be circulated by e-mail to all club members.

The April Club Members Meeting will be held on the same date immediately after this Extraordinary General Meeting and not on 7th April 2010.
