The Directors of Athlone Sub Aqua Club have recently decided to review the Club's Memorandum/Articles of Association, Byelaws and the following Policy documents:

• Communications Policy
• Child Protection Policy and Procedure
• Disciplinary and Grievance Policy and Procedure
• Equality, Dignity and Respect in Sport Policy

These documents are been reviewed in order to allign the club's rules and procedures with best practice and recent changes to CFT policies.

Revised drafts of these documents will be circulated to all members in order to allow them an opportunity to express their observations and views.

Following this consultation process it is intended that the Clubs revised Memorandum/Articles of Association and Byelaws will be adopted at an Extraordinary Meeting early in the new year and the four policy documents at a Board of Directors Meeting.
