Athlone Sub Aqua Club has recorded a 13.5% increase in its diving and snorkelling members for 2010.

This year's membership stands at 84 diving/snorkelling members which represents an increase of 10 over last years membership total of 74.

This increase has resulted from the substantial intake of new trainee divers and snorkellers this year.

Athlone Sub Aqua Club feels that this increase is a testimony to the quality of its training programmes and the excellent diving and snorkelling opportunities that the club provides.
