The Directors, having incorporated feedback recently received from members, have formally adopted the following policy documents at a meeting held on 10th February 2010: 

• Communications Policy
• Equality, Dignity and Respect in Sport Policy
• Disciplinary and Grievance Policy and Procedure
• Child Protection Policy and Procedure.

Having also incorporated feedback received from members, the Directors have agreed revised drafts of the following documents:

• Memorandum and Articles of Associatio
• Club Byelaws.

These revised drafts are being re-circulated to members for feedback which should be presented in writing to the club secretary or by e-mail to secretary@athlonesubaqua.com before Friday 26th Feb. 2010. The following month's Club Members Meeting will provide members with an opportunity to discuss this feedback and present any further observations that they may have.

It is the Directors intention to hold an EGM in April 2010 to adopt these revised Memorandum and Articles of Association and Byelaws.
